I'm 29/Female. My orthodontist wants to extract one bicuspid on the upper left. Invisalign model came back showing that without extraction, treatment would cause my top midline to become off center and would create an overbite. Orthodontist says braces will have the same outcome without extraction of one tooth. Is it really necessary? Would extracting only one tooth create assymmetry of my face, or other problems in the future? I just had all 4 wisdom teeth removed (they were bony impacted).
