Can braces alone fix my cross bite and misaligned jaw? My Face is Not Balanced and my Teeth Don't Mesh. Or do I need surgery? I live in Tennessee and pay for my dental out of pocket.

Your pictures are not at rest. You are pursing your lips so it is hard to see the extent of the problem. Pictures are not able to show the whole problem anyways because we have to see animation.

All humans are not built the same and often an orthodontist needs to do something out of the box to get the desired result. If done correctly, removing one premolar will cause no issues with bite/symmetry/profile.

All a functional appliance will do when used by an adult is move teeth...no bone changes...If you had such a large overjet after braces I'm guessing that you have a very severe skeletal problem.
There is a limit to how far you can move the teeth to compensate for a poor bone pattern.....
