I have a visible indented scar on cheek from wound after second intention healing. Wound occurred 2 months ago. Scar is dry and skin peels away regularly. Is it too early to worry about permanent scarring? Is this temporary and part of the natural healing process? Do I wait or should I make an appointment to see someone? Image attached.
