A few months ago I had a minor procedure in which I was anesthesized with propofol. I had some numbness and tingling immediately afterwards that lasted for a couple months, and my doctor thinks it may have been a side effect of the anesthesia. Will I be rejected as a candidate for BBL on suspicion of allergy to anesthesia? What would you do if given this information during a consultation?

You need to discuss this situation with your surgeon as he/she will be the one determining if it is okay to proceed with surgery. Your surgeon is most familiar with the details of your surgery as well as your medical history. Generally speaking, it should be fine for you to proceed as planned.
I suggest you follow up with your provider.
That is who is responsible for your follow up care.
You can also opt to have and in person second opinion consultation though you may need to pay for that.
We really can’t make an assessment based on a post on real self.
