I am a year post op 3 total rhinoplasties. After my second rhinoplasty my columella strut started to move around wiggle be mobile and click. I got a second revision and had it shortened and sutured. Now the strut is still moving around clicking and grinding and causing discomfort and pain..sometimes a burning sensation...it feels loose and mobile..hard to explain...is there any procedure that can finally fix this very annoying problem?

You will have swelling still and this includes over your bridge. 5 weeks is early after a rhinoplasty. I would expect your bridge to lower with time so you may get the slope you want. Please wait for a year to see your final result.
