325cc high profile implants, submuscular, procedure done in 2022. I had saggy, empty breasts after 4+ years of pregnancies and breastfeeding. Looks absolutely horrible. I asked for a review in 2023 with no solution but to keep wearing the band I have the feeling the pockets were not done carefully, breasts never dropped, torpedo looking and nipples looking down. They have suggested another mastopexy with implant replacement, lower profile and smaller in size. I want some fullness in my breasts, I am looking for 300cc moderate profile but I think they want to go the easy way. Do I have capsular contracture? Iupper pole is full and hard, if I press my hands and push my implants, the result would be good. Makes me think there is no need for another mastopexy.

I would really like to have my upper breast look full again, seems like I the top has become very flat to me. Would I be a good candidate for an implant to do this or would I need to do a lift. I really want to avoid avoid the scaring that comes with a lift vs implants. My skin does scar fairly easily.

Unfortunately no direct flights exist, so I will be boarding 4 flights in total. I'm still fairly young at 26 years of age but, I am a little concerned of developing late hematomas, and wonder if it is perhaps considered better practice to heal for a while longer.

I am about 6 hours away from my surgeon. I will be driving down for the surgery, and plan on staying local for about 4-5 days, then driving back home to continue recovery as long as I am stable without complications. I will drive back to the office for an 11-day post op follow up, staying one day, then driving back home. Will this be doable after a tummy tuck and breast lift? To clarify, I'm not actually the one driving, my husband will be driving the vehicle both ways. I am a NP, my sister is an ICU RN and will be taking care of me. I am aware of post-op risks, I am concerned about messing up my tummy tuck or breast lift, or even the discomfort, riding in a car for 6 hours.

I have tummy tuck and liposuction book to be done in 4 weeks

Hi. I’m 2 years post op tummy tuck with muscle repair. About 6 months after I developed a hard nodule under my skin. I saw a general surgeon and he said it’s a suture granuloma and the suture needs to come out. I also contacted my plastic surgeon and he said if the general surgeon removes the suture my muscle repair would be compromised. I don’t want that to happen because I spent $36k on my plastics after weight loss. Is my plastic surgeon wrong?

Hello. I do not want any other work done to my nose besides the slight hanging. I had a consultation and we agreed columella reduction was appropriate for my wants. But I am second guessing myself. From the front my nose looks super long until i poke at mu columella to see what it would look like it wasnt drooping there. I avoid taking pictures from eye level because of droop. Its not the entire tip drooping.

Age 30 and just now looking Into a rhinoplasty. It used to be more upturned growing up than it is now and I got bullied a lot. Even though I’ve grown into it a bit, I still get the ‘Button nose’ and ‘fairy nose’ as ‘compliments’. At this point i cant tell if its just a good fit for my face or if i should seriously consider rhinoplasty.

I’m considering rhinoplasty and would really appreciate professional feedback. My goal is refinement rather than a dramatic change. From your perspective, I’d love to know: • Would tip plasty and alarplasty alone be sufficient to improve the overall appearance? What type of tip plasty might be most appropriate in my case? I feel that my nostrils show too much and the lower half of my nose appears too wide. When I smile, my nose also flares and becomes wider. • Does my bridge appear low, and would bridge augmentation be beneficial? Would osteotomies likely be required? • Do you notice any asymmetry or structural issues that could potentially be addressed? I’m mainly looking for better definition and balance, not a completely different nose. Thank you for your insights.

I am unhappy with the look of my nasolabial angle and the flatness of my upper lip. I habe just completed teeth alignment with invisalign and have had filler for projection in my upper lip, albeit a conservative amount. Is this something a rhinoplasty could address?

I have a procedure coming up in a few days for 360 Lipo, extended tummy tuck & BBL. I have an inverted triangle shape so it will be nice to have some hips however I am so scared of the BBL. Is fat transfer to just hips safer than full transfer to hips & buttocks? Will my results look odd if I ask for just fat transfer to hips as I have a relatively flat bum? How about long term implications of fat transfer as we age? My priority is safety, TIA

I got a BBL about a year ago.... after the first 6 months I started to notice asymmetry. Long story short surgeon is impossible to reach. Its been 2 years and I have worst selfsteem than before my surgery. Before my surgery I just had no butt lol now I have a very deformed one, its like every day is migrating more into my lower hip and i cant do anything to stop it. Its crazy how ever since I got my bbl I dont wear anything thight or short dresses, or bathing suits. I used to go to the beach on a weekly basis now I have tl go sunrise to ensure nobody sees this mounstrosity.... can this be fixed with excersice?

Hello, I am 35 years old, healthy , 5’3 , 123 pounds, I don’t smoke or drink and I am physically active. I ‘ve had silicon implants under the muscle 280ml since 2013 and would like to remove them. I also would like to get a breast lift done and a BBL with lipo 360. However some providers say they do not combine mastopexy with BBL and others do. What are the best options for me? Do all together at once , explant with BBL and wait if I need a lift , or separate the breast procedures and the BBL ?

Hello, I am 28 years old and 4’11 i have had 3 sections and have a 4 finger ab seperation. i am 113 pounds, and my highest weight has been 180. I wasfirst quoted for an extended tummy tuck, breast lift and implants. they then said i should probably get a fleur de lis instead of the extended. I really do not want the vertical scar. What would be your recommendations?

After having 3 kids via csection, I’m looking to get my body back I am willing to travel but need advice on which procedures I need. Do I need lipo 360 or will a tummy tuck and lipo of the flanks be enough to give me a good hourglass shape and flat abdomen? I know combining both theres a limit of removing much less fat. Also terrified of doing a bbl but want to avoid looking “rectangle” is avoiding one possible?

I am 35 years old, 5ft3 and 160lbs. I broke my neck 8 years ago in a car accident and had a cervical fusion. I had a breast reduction 3 years ago and it took me from a g36 to a d36. I still feel like they are too big and causing me more pain than i need. Would i be a good candidate for another?

Black female. My surgeon stated a free nipple graft is required if I want to go down to a D cup, from my current G cup.

After my breasts dropped I noticed wrinkling and sagging where my cleavage should be flat and smooth. I’m guessing the weight of my breasts is causing it and I’m really worried there’s nothing to be done. I went from 38 J to 34 DD though I had hoped to go smaller. This looks really bad in bikinis and low cut tops. please tell me it’s fixable!

I am recently 40. My submusiclar silicone implants are almost 15 years old. I am winding down breastfeeding my third baby in 7 years, and over the past several months I have become aware of a slight flattening along the underside of my breast closest to the midline. It is more pronounced when my breasts are fuller with milk and softens after emptying. My OBGYN examined my breasts several months ago (knowing my concern) and didn’t seem alarmed. Recently I have read that misshapenness can be a sign of breast cancer, and I’m trying to determine if this sort of shape change could easily be explained by the combination of implants and lactation, or if I need to accelerate my next annual exam and have this reevaluated My plastic surgeon won’t see me until I’m done breastfeeding.

I am considering Lipo 360 and wanted to know if I am a good candidate and what procedure would best achieve a flat stomach. My main concern is fat around my lower abdomen, waist, and lower back. From the front, my abdomen protrudes slightly, especially in the lower belly area. From the side profile, the lower abdomen projects outward even though the upper abdomen is relatively flatter. From the back, I also have visible fat around the lower back and flanks (“love handles”). My goal is a much flatter stomach and more defined waistline, while maintaining a natural look. I am especially concerned about whether liposuction alone would flatten the lower abdomen or if something like skin tightening or muscle repair might be necessary. I would appreciate feedback on: • Whether I appear to be a good candidate for Lipo 360 • Whether my lower abdominal projection looks like fat vs muscle separation or bloating • Whether liposuction alone could achieve a flat profile or if another procedure is typically recommended, I am not open to a tummy tuck. Thank you for your guidance

I’m a 27-year-old female with a very petite frame. I’m 5’0” and around 97 lbs on average. I’m Caucasian with a fair complexion. I don’t tan much in the summer, but I also don’t tend to burn easily. I’ve been trying to research cosmetic procedures that could help give my body more shape, specifically something closer to an hourglass figure. Because of my naturally small frame and low body fat, I’m having trouble determining what procedures might actually be appropriate. Almost everywhere I look or people I’ve spoken with immediately suggest liposuction. However, I’m unsure if that makes sense for someone with my body type since I’m already very thin and likely don’t have much excess fat to remove or transfer. I’m not looking for any drastic or dramatic changes to my body. I don’t want to look or feel disproportionate or ridiculous, either. I just want to achieve noticeable curves/definition or shape in general to my figure. Because of my small frame, that is more of a v-shape (shoulders broader that hips+thighs), I often struggle to find clothing that fits in a flattering way, and improving my overall shape even slightly would be a big confidence boost. What procedures would typically be recommended for someone with a very petite frame and low body fat who wants to achieve more of an hourglass shape? Are there options besides liposuction that would be more appropriate or successful?

Almost 2 years ago I had a breast reduction with an anchor scar. Very happy with my results and my scar is basically invisible. However the surgery left me with a fat roll just under my breast that goes around my whole torso into back fat (I will also be getting full back lipo). My PS recommended we use the exciting scar for the incisions to target the upper abdomen area. I’m wondering if this incisions along my anchor scar will somehow alter the roundness of my breasts after the fact and make it bumpy on the bottom? Also, Will going in from the side to avoids the breasts incision reach this problem area that is just over my ribs? I do not want upper abdomen incisions they are visible. Willing to take advice in best entry points to successfully target this area while remaining discreet.

My doctor is recommending a neck lift procedure that he will finish off by using the lipo tool to rough up the underside of the skin. This is to create scarring in order to tighten the skin. My concern Is that it will create unnatural looking adhesions between the tissues. Is it better to use an energy device to tighten the skin or am i worrying unnecessarily?
i know it’s not a huge difference but i’ve been wondering if there is anything that can be done or if you can even analyze what the underlying cause for the assymetry is? i’m pretty sure i have ptosis my vision on my left isn’t the best but it does work and it is there

I am 48 years old and need advice on how to reduce or get rid of my hooded eyes. Open to options.

I am 38 y/o female who lost about 94 lbs about 1.5 years ago and have maintained my weight at 140 lbs. Within the past year I’ve noticed my skin on my neck looking more lax. I do lift heavy and notice I strain alot in my neck region and don’t know if that contributed to my skin being more lax in my neck. But was wondering if there are conservative options to help tighten and lift my neck?

I'm almost 72, and I understand that a midlift is appropriate for much younger women, but I had a lowerlift in 2018, which I think is still doing well. Could i be a candidate for a midlift?
