I've read answers that say 18 yrs but that it also depends on maturity. I'm 15 now & will wait at least a year but because of my age, I can't be sure doctors will consider my case. I want to raise my eyelids through bleph so that I stop using my forehead muscles to open my eyes. My lids can also affect my vision. Another contributing factor is that I live in a predominantly caucasian neighborhood & have been teased about my eyes since I was in elementary school. What do you think? Thanks in adv!
