I feel the weigh on my lid every time I open my eyes and my eyes look very odd...I feel there is sth not right. It has been nearly 6 weeks. I know I have swelling so that's ok about symmetry but what is that thing? And it shows even more because I have a hollow on top of this skin hanging...it makes even worse. Has the doc forgotten to move fat around or forgotten to cut skin....I don't know... I would appreciate any kind of insight... Thank you.

I generally avoid epicanthoplasty if it does not interfere with fold creation. I's difficult to tell by photos alone whether your case would require epicanthoplasty. In general, larger folds need epicanthoplasty.

Your eyes are beautiful. Surgery to make them look Caucasian will never look natural. You may be able to change the level of the crease but more than that is not recommended.
