I've been reading about Mesotheraoy, Kybella, Cool Sculpting, Lipolysis, Ultrasound Massage, Radio Frequency. I had Fat Transfer to my face. I am very unhappy with the results and would like to have it dissolved.
Answer: Dissolving fat transfer... Hi SweetLime00,You may have a chance with Kybella, but this could lead to unpredictable results. Surgical removal through incisions or liposuction is really the only way to precisely remove the transferred fat.Best wishes,Dr. Jay

Answer: Facial Fat Grafting Reversal -- 5FU/Steroid, Kybella, Venus Legacy/Exilis Ultra, Ultherapy/Thermage; avoid facial liposuction There is no permanent reversal to fat grafting unless its surgically or liposuction removal. You can try steroids + 5FU + hyaluronidase with or without RF treatments like venus legacy and exilis ultra to get improvement. I suggest you see an expert for an evaluation. Best, Dr. Emer.

Answer: Are any of these an effective non invasive solution for dissolving fat transfer? Hello SweetLime00,Although each of the methods you mentioned can help with fat, fat transfer is different. The reason is that with fat transfer the fat is deposited in multiple layers in the area to be augmented to improve the blood supply and take rate. This also means it isn't in the usual place that natural fat is found which is part of the reason it is able to improve the muscles and skin in the area. I would recommend you follow up with your surgeon to see if he or she has any recommendations to address your concerns. I hope this helps and good luck.

Answer: All of them work Each of one the treatments you listed have been proven to work. Some of those treatments are for specific areas. For example, Kybella is specifically for dissolving fat under the chin. However, all of these treatments have been proven to dissolve fat in areas of the body.

Answer: Fat Transfer can be reversed Yes, there are a variety of non-invasive treatments to reduce fat - either natural or transferred fat. You have mentioned several. All should be used very cautiously and slowly to get just "the right amount" to disappear and not overdue it. Some of the transferred fat will not survive and will naturally go away. You need to wait at least 12 months to be sure you are treating what has survived. Discuss your concerns with your plastic surgeon and he can help you achieve your goals.
