I have deviated nasal septum and my left nostril is half blocked. Its causing me to snore also. Is surgery the only option or do I have non-surgical alternatives? I am Asian.

Looking at the pictures, you would have a great result from non-surgical nose reshaping. In this instance, just a small injection under the nasal septum to tilt the nasal tip upwards. This has no impact on the nose volume or shape / and is only one injection point...
Adding volume to the area you marked may be considered for improving a retracted columella, or a deep angle betwen your columella and upper lip. Thank you. Dr Joseph
