4 months post op. I'm wondering if my implants are supposed to sit like this? I know to expect some asymmetry. But this much? The one that is lower almost feels "saggy" and the lower pole isn't rounded like the higher one is. I'm in need of your opinion on this one. I had nipple asymmetry to begin with and thats why my surgeon said he placed one implant lower. Do you think my results are acceptable? I'm considering removing them as it's bothering me..

You might consider exchanging your implants for something smaller that will fit your frame and tissue better and not be so heavy. You were not happy prior to implants and may not be happy once removed. If removed or exchanged, the lowered fold can be tightened.
