What's Best for Ice Pick Scars on Asian Skin?

I'm asian, in Asia, with 25 severe ice pick scars on nose, consulted over 15 dermatologists in my country, done lots of lasers, no improvements for my scars. They refused to do Punch Excision, TCA Cross, even told me my scars are too serious to be improved greatly. Reading every expert in my area,claim that nothing more can be done, has made me very depressed, I have lost faith and feeling hopeless. I would like to know, what more I could do for my situation.
