It just takes time. You will continue to heal over the next 6 months or so. Follow up with your plastic surgeon as recommended.

You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to six months to see your final results, so please be patient. At the stage you are in, inflammation, discomfort and irregularities are normal.
If you have any concerns, please follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

One month out is not that far into recovery. You will gradually feel less sore and be able to go back to regular daily activities.
