Is It Okay to Take Antibiotic and Antiflammable Tablets for More Than One Month?

I have been taking antibiotic and antiflammable tablets more than dosage that I brought from my country since I have very much worried about the redness on my nose (infection). Now, I am beginning to worry if it is okay to take so much anti's ...fearing this might lead my body to immune to antibiotic and antiflammable medicine so later they won't work anymore. What do you think?
