I'm 2 weeks post operation, I have had breast reduction, tummy tuck and fat transfer to the hips. I wanted to get vaser liposuction to my inner thighs and I wanted to know how Iong I should wait before I get this procedure, which will be under local anesthetic. Would drains be required? How long should I anticipate the recovery to be? Thanks in advance for your responses.
Answer: You can have Vaser surgery on your inner thighs when your energy level tells you to do it My most motivated patients can have procedures sequentially as long as they are moving well and making good progress in healing from the last procedure(s). If you are feeling well and you are about 3 weeks out from the areas you told me, you can successfully undergo inner thigh VASER treatment. No drains required! While you are not fully healed from your other areas, most of your skin should be healed by now. Thus, you have a low risk of problems. The main issue is your mobility and your ability to have proper DVT (deep venous thrombosis) prophylaxis. If you are walking with good energy then go ahead. I always encourage my Patients to have weekly massage therapy sessions, beginning at 7-10 days post-op. I’d be happy to take care of you as an out patient surgical patient, as I do a lot of Vaser cases. Discuss your comfort level and your surgeon’s comfort level in taking care of sequenced procedures. Your need for compression garments can be modified to cover your abdomen, hips and inner thighs in order to synchronize your compression requirements during these coordinated procedures. Look forward to hearing more!

Answer: Vaser Liposuction: Waiting time for next procedure Thank you for providing a photo for reference. You had a lot of procedures done so I would say it is best to #wait for at least 6 months up to 1 year to go for another procedure when the incisions are fully healed. With regards to #recovery, most of the swelling and bruising will resolve in the first two weeks (although some may persist for 6–8 weeks). Final #results can usually be seen 2-4 months later as the swelling continues to diminish and contours become more defined, but improvement will continue for 4–6 months as swelling and irregularities resolve. These contours can even improve throughout the year after surgery. Activity is largely dependent upon how you, the patient feels. Like traditional liposuction, there are no large incisions or treatment of underlying tissues such as muscle that need healing. Recovery is mostly based on the level of soreness or bruising that you may experience. Your surgeon will tell you specifically how long it will take before you can resume work and exercise. Liposuction patients can expect to resume normal activity within 1 to 2 weeks, and exercise after 2 weeks. You should still see you plastic surgeon regarding this concern. Best of luck!#RealSelf100

Answer: Vaser liposuction to inner thighs. You can have another areas treated after as soon as 4 days when all the anaesthetic drugs have worn off As long as you don't put pressure on the area where the fat transfer has been done and there is no Sign of infection . However I tend to wait two weeks after fat transfer before performing more liposuction. If you are considering more fat into the hips then wait 3months. Vaser liposuction is best form of liposuction in my opinion.

Answer: Vaser liposuction of the inner thighs Vaser liposuction of the inner thighs alone is not adequate to get superior results in the inner thighs. Since the inner thigh skin is traditionally thinner and redundant, it require the addition of the Cool helium plasma skin tightening modality which is performed synchronously with VASER liposuction.
