I Have Mild MDS, And Mitral Aortic Valve Regurgitation- Should I Worry About Anesthesia?

I am more worried about having general anesthesia than having the surgery. I am 43 years old and pretty healthy. I have mild MS, and mitral and aortic valve regurgitation. I have not had general anesthesia since I was 7. The anesthesiologist I met with said they will probably use Propofol. What do I need to know?
