Are There Any Alternative Treatment to Milia?

I have Milia around my eyes. I went to a dermatologist a few years ago and he scratched the area with a needle. It was a bloody experience! But it didn't work .

A week ago, I went to another doctor she burned some of them for me under the eye but after the burned skin fell off, they look bigger now and with color! (I have a lot of small Milia above the eyes too close to each other and a few under the eyes.)
