Had the surgery on December 20th and splint removed last week. I still cannot smell anything at all and slowly am becoming depressed. I've been routinely cleaning and doing saline sprays. Is this normal?

It is still very early in the healing process so this could potentially be temporary swelling. Swelling can take a full 6-12 months after surgery. If the bump persists, you should discuss with your surgeon.
