I was just recently diagnosed with Horner's Syndrome and was wondering if it was safe to get cosmetic Botox, injections for the wrinkles in my forehead? I'm worried it will make my right eyelid even more droopy?

The dose is a bit on the high side - usually we start with 25U per side. You have some spillage of the botox to the adjacent smile muscles. It will take about 2-3mo to get the smile mainly back to normal and about 6mo -9mo to get the masseter to grow back.
Thank you for your question and photo. It is always best to avoid Botox/Fillers in active infected areas. You can apply warm compresses to the red area to help resolve it quicker. I recommend having a follow up with your injector for an evaluation and possible treatment. Best of Luck!
If you're having injection site problems after administration of Botox or any other injectable medication, you should contact the physician who injected you immediately
