Typically tissue expanders are replaced with implants at 4-6 months. But there is no rush to have them exchanged. The worst likely scenario is that it ruptures, the saline gets absorbed by your body, and the expansion goes away. Dr Rodger Shortt

early in the recovery phase from breast implant surgery. Over the next
few weeks your breasts will change. Final results take 6 months. I
would expect some asymmetry by looking at your preop photo. Discuss your
concerns with your plastic surgeon.
