3 yrs ago first noticed small mass on chest wall on top of a rib. MRI indicated at the time likely PNST, but not definitive and 6mm. Located in musculature, so I am assuming that means deep. Chose to monitor. US indicates It has since grown about 1mm a year. Have made a decision to remove, but am not sure what kind of doctor. Given that it is located in musculature is this suspicious for sarcoma or would a plastic surgeon or general surgeon be able to remove? Is this a simple procedure?
