That is the fear of my PS and the dermatologist. As for hidroquinone, can i use it on sking that will be cut again? Also, would you cut the vertival and areola again or just the horizontal, base line? (Wish is the worse part, of course, and there where it meets the vertical).

Answer: It's hard to believe your scars can be any worse.
Sounds like you have large breasts that have a ptosis (droop) problem. This can be corrected with a vertical mastopexy-reduction. Seek a consultation with a plastic surgeon and sort out your options. My Best, Dr C
