Have had 6 revision rhinoplasties and still unhappy with nose: is it safe to have a 7th revision surgery? (photos)

After 6 surgeries I am still unhappy with my nose, my surgeon does not want to risk shortening the nose due to tip collapse, but I think the tip area is to big from the side angle and much too projected for my face, I also have asymmetry in my nose which he has failed to fix on each occasion including via a septoplasty. Is there anything I can do? Is it wise to have a seventh revision in hopes that someone will actually address my concerns?

Hi @Sheri C. I'm sorry you are not happy with the results of your rhinoplasty. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. Best of luck, Dr. Nima!
