A Way to Lengthen my Front and Lateral Incisors? (photo)

My front teeth and lateral incisors are shorter than my canines. Significantly. How should I go about lengthening them to match my canines? My left front tooth sticks out a little and I'm wondering if I should get braces before anything else? What would be the best lengthening method and what would the maximum cost be? Thank you!

Cost will vary office to office, city to city

You are likely looking at porcelain veneers on at LEAST 4 teeth, perhaps 10 (the best and most aesthetic solution). You are likely looking at a fee from $6000 to $20,000.
