I have mild acne in my t-zone. Granted, I don't eat the best, but I don't understand why it will be gone for days and days, and then when I'm going out somewhere, I break out and make-up just doesn't work.

"Breaking out" can be due to a variety of causes and if you feel like it's all of a sudden then the following causative factors should be ruled out: If you are a female, then it could be due to menstrual changes.
