Tear Troughs

Edmond A. Zingaro, MD answers: Which filler is best for under eyes (tear trough)?

i had restylane under my eyes and mid section of face to give volume i love it but after reading all the posts i am afraid its not going to last as long. can anyone make a suggestion on other fillers for those areas.

I assume you had the so-called "tear troughs" injected.  Your choice of Restylane is fine.  Juvederm also works well.  It is questionable whether or not it lasts longer.  In this area, both tend to last longer than when injected in other areas of the face.  I use Restylane and my patients come in only once or twice a year for tear trough treatments.
