The cost of each procedure depends on the surgeon and how much work needs to be done.There is a difference betwen only neck lift (very rare that a patient needs neck lift only), face lift and ompelte face lift.

The best thing would be to get more than one cosultation and ask to see before and after pictures. Pleease do not make your decision soley on the fee. One plastic surgeon may charge less but may also do less work. Fixing the bad results will cost you more . Make your  decision based on the patient referral,word of mouth and talking to patients that had the same procedures. Patient would love to talk  about their experience and you doctor should provide you with a list.
