Sagging facial skin treatment

Edward D. Buckingham, MD answers: Solutions for extremely loose facial skin?

I have very loose skin that doesn't seem to stay on my facial bone. It's like mush, has no structure at all. Could it have something to do with my facial muscles? I've had this problem since I was 21, and I'm now 30. I've tried everything, but nothing has worked for me. What could this be, and can something be done about it?

Severely sagging facial skin at 30 that began when you were 21 has me concerned that you may have an underlying collagen disorder.  I would seek the opinion of a qualified rheumatologist to rule-out any medical conditions before seeking the advise of a plastic surgeon.
