Can a patient with a pacemaker have KTP laser treatment to remove blood vessel spots?

 Dear Wisshi,

Yes, it is safe. The KTP does not produce an electromagnetic wave (like electrocautery does) and will therefore be safe for use if you have a pacemaker.
