My breasts are very saggy for my age. I just turned 20, and I was wondering if there is any way to lift them without surgery. I am a 32D.

If you desire to have your breasts lifted, you should undergo a surgical breast lift. There are many different techniques offered for different patients by different surgeons.

You should seek a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon to evaluate your breasts and determine what is your best option.

There are some who have marketed breast lifts with 'sutures' of 'Botox', but this does not appear to be a valid option.
