Juvederm 2 weeks before a Christmas party?

I have a big holiday party coming up, and I want to look fabulous.  I am considering getting some and possibly some filler injections (juvaderm) to spruce up for the party, but I don't want it to look obvious.  I have two weeks.  Do you think I can I pull it off?

There are 3 important reasons why you should not schedule any injectable treatment within a few days of a major social occasion:

  1. Redness, bruising or a swelling can occur at the injection site, even if you have been previously injected in the same area, by the same physician, with the same injectable as in the past.
  2. Each time you are treated, your initial outcomes may vary. Injectables may require repeat treatments, to achieve or to refine your results.
  3. You may need time to adjust to the refinements in your appearance. In the event you are not happy with your outcomes, injections of hyaluronidase can reverse the results of hyaluronic acid based fillers like Restylane, Juvederm and Perlane; results will diminish in a few days rather than months.
