Gynecomastia, or excessive breast tissue in males, is a correctable condition that warrants early conservative care and diagnosis. If there are no identifiable medical conditions related to gynecomastia, surgery is indicated.

Most gynecomastia procedures are covered by insurance if there is documentation of conservative management. Check with your insurance company and a board certified plastic surgeon.
