Could Hormones Be the Cause of my Various Skin Conditions?

Could I be 36 year old male with hormone issues? I’m curious as to whether or not hypergonadism could possibly be the culprit for the following conditions that I have: Fordyce spots (lips), Sebaceous Hyperplasia, Pattern baldness, increased body hair, Hyperhidrosis, acne/blackheads/oily skin, Kerastosis Pilaris

Would hormone therapy from an Endocrinologist that lowered my testosterone amounts be effective in treating some of the above? I am thinking of trying Accutane, Pulsed Dye or CO2 laser therapy for my Fordyce which is my primary concern.

For whatever reason it seems fordyce and overactive oil glands are related. I've been researching this stuff to death and all I can come up with is a correlation between food, environment, genetics and oily skin.
