The IPL is wonerful if your concern is sundamage or redness but Fraxel is the right choice for wrinkles and fine lines.  You have to be careful with the IPL around the eye area.  Fraxel will help tighten the area slightly and stimulate collagen to help with the wrinkles and lines.  I would advise you schedule a consultationand discuss your concerns with Dr. so he or she can help you determine the best procedure for you.
