In regards to Botox and/or cosmetic fillers, it is okay for them to be in effect and a patient is free to proceed with a facelift.

Is it safe to have a facelift when Botox or cosmetic fillers are still in effect, or would it be better to wait until they have worn off? Will the Botox or filler have any effect on the results?

Probably most patients these days having a facelift have some active filler and Botox in them. This doesn't pose any problem nor does it change the surgery. Go right ahead.
