I'm a young teenager (not revealing my age...) and I really want to know if I need braces for a major over-jet and a big overbite. My jaw is pretty sore at times, is that whats causing it? If not braces...what should i do to correct it? and if i do need braces, how long would I need them on for.

Can't tell much from that photo, would need to see how these upper teeth relate to the lower when you bite. Also, looks like the space for that implant is bigger than the corresponding tooth on the other side, which is OK if they intend to close it down after the implant is placed.
