I’m 38 and have used tretinoin and sunscreen since my early 20s. 10 years ago these smile lined started showing and got worse about 3 years ago. I had Voluma on my cheeks but it made no difference to the lines. The lines are getting more pronounced and I would like to avoid fillers. I’m after a treatment that is effective but not a facelift yet. I’ve heard about Ultraformer, ultherapy, microneedling and lasers but it’s hard to find unbiased information. What would you suggest?
