I'm 25, Lost 10kgs and Have Horrible Smile Lines, What Do I Do I Feel Like Ive Tried Everything.

I have always had a problem with smile lines for as long as I remember. It's because of the structue of my face, I've seen a surgeon he sugested fillers on my cheek bones to lift the skin, but not on the smiles lines coz I already have enough fat there, we put 3mils in total helped a bit gave definition and had botox, We did a temple lift 2 days ago, it has helped quite a bit but feel like he could of strecthed the skin a bit more they are still there! I feel like I'm throwing my money away.
