First of all, Dr. Dima and her staff are kind, fun, and make what could be a rather, um, fraught experience very comfortable and relaxing. Now then. I'd heard about the P-shot for quite a while, and since I don't have ED, I figured it wasn't for me. But I am a fellow with a few miles on the odometer, and as time passes things just aren't quite the way they were when I was 25. I accepted with...
Overall very good experience. Dr. Ali was able to provide a variety of unique treatments for ED, beyond the traditional oral medications (Cialis, Levitra, Viagra and their generics). Oral medications had become less effective for me into my early 50's, and I'd begun using injectables (TriMix, QuadMix). While injectables are effective and available, they add a layer of complexity and logistics...
Dr. Dima is a professional with excellent and extensive knowledge on beauty. She was confident and knew exactly what I needed. I did not feel any pressure to add more sessions. I felt comfortable and secure. Sedi was the staff member who took care of me. Sedi has a joyful disposition but she never lost her focus from the task at hand. She made every session a great experience!
Simply the best. Dr. Dima went above and beyond. Her assistant Rosalinda was just as wonderful. I had a botched body tight procedure on my stomach, I was a bit nervous, they changed that and made me feel so comfortable. Once I’m healed I’ll post pics. Client for life.
Sedi is very professional made me feel comfortable throughout the facial her hands are magical my face is glowing, everyone is telling me that my skin is so beautiful thanks to sedi I’m hooked for life … try it you won’t regret it you will love it and look amazing
A: Thank you for your great question! You will still have subcutanous fat on your abdomen after liposuction so I would not worry about that. But Ozempic can be injected in other areas as well such as the upper thigh. In fact, there are some anecdotal reports that state there are fewer drug side effects when injected in the lower body as opposed to the abdomen. I hope this helps! Dr. Dima
A: Thank you for your question and for including a photograph. I would recommend the UltraClear Laser for this type of scar. Ultraclear is the first cold ablative laser that can be used on any skin type and I use it regularly for scar treatments. Recovery is usually 5 days which is remarkable. Alternatively, the VivaMD RF microneedling device using the scar tip could be effective. I hope this helps! Dr. Dima
A: Thank you for your question. There are some rumors on "doctor google" that there is a solution that can dissolve silicone filler. This is absolutely not true. There is no antidote as there is with hyaluronic acid based fillers such as Restylane or Juvederm. Morpheus 8 or other EBDs (energy based devices) will not work. The injection of steroids can decrease inflammation or the appearance of scars in the area but will not dissolve the silicone. Your best approach is to seek a plastic surgeon who specializes in removing silicone. Excision and possible restorative surgery is what you should invest in and as soon as possible - before any granuloma formation occurs or the deformity becomes worse. I hope this helps! Dr. Dima
A: The drug semaglutide is FDA approved. The brand name Ozempic is made by the company Novo Nordisk. If a compounding pharmacy is a 503B, it is highly regulated. In fact, many hospitals and outpatient surgical centers order drugs from 503B compounding pharmacies. The problem arises when the compounders use the salt form of semaglutide. This has actually been banned in some states. With the recent shortages (even for diabetics) of drugs such as Ozempic and Mounjaro, legitimate compounding pharmacies have been increasing production to meet the demand. In my experience, it can be difficult to get a Rx for Ozempic filled if there is no proof of diabetes. This is why many have turned to compounding pharmacies and are willing to pay out of pocket. If you chose a reputable componding pharmacy (you can actually look them up on the FDA website) you will be fine. Whether compounded or obtained by the company, they have similar side effect profiles and must be dosed properly to mitigate these symptoms. I hope this helps! Dr. Dima
A: Thank you for your question. You definitely want to go to a plastic surgeon for this. Hope this helps! Dr. Dima
