Highly recommend - my Botox looks great, not too overdone

Layla is amazing! She really works with you to find out what you want and discusses everything before treatment. My Botox treatment looks great, not too overdone. I will absolutely be back and would recommend her to anyone looking to achieve a “you but better” result.

Dr Patel is the Best!

Dr Patel is the best facial plastic surgeon! My procedure went as well as I could expect and the outcomes look amazing and natural. Dr Patel is professional, a perfectionist and kind. I researched the area plastic surgeons and I know I made the right choice. I will recommend Dr Patel to everyone.

Lower eye blepharoplasty with fat repositioning

I am one week post op of lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning. My eye has have been a constant sore spot every time I look in the mirror. When my husband asked what I wanted for my 50th birthday - this was it! It was more painful then I imagined it would be - and I do have a high pain tolerance. I chose to do in office so all I had was a Valium, laughing gas, and lidocaine. The...

Layla is the best - the injections were quick and painless

Layla was very professional and I was very happy with the Dysport. I was nervous about possible side effects and she took her time to explain things to me with no pressure. The injections were quick and painless. She went over all the information I would need to know and it looks very natural.

132 Q&A

Q: What is needed to get done to improve my side profile? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. PatelMay 9, 2023

A: I believe a chin augmentation would best improve your profile. There are a variety of shapes and sizes available, with the overall goal being better balance without sacrificing femininity.

Q: Tip rhinoplasty for my short, bulbous tip and wide alar base - would this be a complex surgery? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. PatelAugust 9, 2022

A: It is possible to lengthen a short nose, while simultaneously narrowing and enhancing tip definition. This procedure would also reduce nostril flare. This is on the more complex side of what nose surgeons do, but not nearly as complicated as the revision procedures many of us perform.

Q: Age 23, can chin implant be removed & will chin return to pre-op state?
Answered by Dr. PatelJune 6, 2022

A: Earlier removal of the implant generally has a better outcome. In a young patient, like yourself, there is a better chance that the soft tissue will contract back to its original shape.

Q: Recommendations on eyelid lift procedures and facial/eyebrow symmetry. What procedure is best? (photos)
Answered by Dr. PatelMay 5, 2022

A: I would recommend a volume-reduction upper blepharoplasty and a transconjunctival lower blepharoplasty with fat repositioning.

Q: Rhinoplasty - are there any options other than revision to make my nose more straight? (Photo)
Answered by Dr. PatelMarch 2, 2022

A: Revision surgery can be tricky and it is best to take a very focused approach, if possible. In your case, it may be possible to straighten the columella through an internal approach without disturbing the rest of your nose.
