Perfect - highly recommend this spa to anyone

I am absolutely thrilled with my experience at this spa! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, and they took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. The procedure itself was painless, and the results exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and will definitely be returning for future treatments. Highly recommend this spa to...

Love Timeless Medispa

I love Alex, she was so great! She has so much knowledge in fillers and Botox. I felt comfortable and confident. Alex and Meredith were so nice, easy to talk to and welcoming. I will be going back in the future.

Best Injector Ever

Alex is the best injector I have ever been to. Almost painless, no bruising and wonderful results! Highly recommend. I have been using fillers and Botox for many years; but before Alex, almost always bruised. She is an artist!

2 Q&A

Q: When getting Voluma, how can you immediately tell the difference between a bad reaction (blindness) and a vasovagal response?
Answered by Alex LawrenceJune 12, 2019

A: Vasovagal responses involve bilateral gradual tunnel vision in both eyes, accompanied by nausea, sweating, and generally a really awful generalized feeling.

Blindness resulting from an arterial occlusion with Voluma would involve changes in vision of the eye during the injection only.

When injections involve aspiration prior to the injection it is virtually impossible to occlude the artery, so do your research on your injector's experience as well as education. :)

Q: Would a non surgical nose job be able to make my nose bridge and tip appear smaller or is it too bulbous? (photos)
Answered by Alex LawrenceJune 12, 2019

A: Dear Joshawna101 ....While certain fillers, techniques, and placements are able to give an appearance of a more narrow nose, it will not make the nose appear smaller. Filler is meant to AUGMENT an area as you're injecting (adding a substance to) an area.

While it can be used to correct a bump or a deep scar on a nose - it is used to fill in cratered areas or depressions in the nasal bridge, but it will not be used to make it appear smaller.

However, an experienced botox injector can perform an injection just below the tip of the nose, frequently referred to as a "tip flip" that has a tendency to release the pull of the nasal tip down and help it "flip up".

Thank you for your great question and for the opportunity to answer!
