Amazing lower body lift, lipo & BBL at Setty Plastic Surgery

I’m so pleased with Dr Setty and his staff, they are exceptional at everything they do and the way they listen and care. Dr Setty performed a lower body lift with lipo and fat transfer to my bottom (bbl). It was a long surgery but I had complete trust in Dr Setty and his staff. Cindy was my surgery nurse that morning and made me feel so calm and comfortable as I was a bit nervous. Dr.Setty a...

Love my New Breast

I had breast augmentation with dr. Setty for almost 3 months now. I love my results! Dr. Setty got exactly what I want. The size and the shape are perfect. very natural and suitable for my body frame. The whole process from consulting to aftercare was amazing. I always feel welcomed and reassured. Fantastic experience overall and now I’m thinking about to get tummy tuck done with Dr. Setty.

The results were almost instantaneous

My experience with Dr. Setty went very well. The team was on top of communication, explained things very well and provided me an excellent day of pre&post surgery. The results were almost instantaneous. I’m still in the healing process, but my overall satisfaction is very high. For any man seeking a gynecomastia procedure, I recommend Dr. Setty.

I am so happy with the results and I wish I had done it sooner

Dr Setty and staff are incredible! I had an amazing experience during the entire process of getting a breast lift (no implant) and abdominoplasty with muscle repair. Dr Setty was very thorough, patient, and clear about how each procedure would go. The surgery went well and pain was manageable. I am so happy with the results and I wish I had done it sooner! If you are thinking about doing a...

The best outcome possible

I could not have been happier with my experience with Dr Setty and his facility! When I initially came in for my consultation, I had gone to two other plastic surgeons for consultations. I was interested in a breast lift and augmentation, both of the other plastic surgeons encouraged me to just go with an augmentation, and go with a larger size than I wanted to get the results that I was...

Q: How can I improve my neck, chin, and jawline? (Photos)
Answered by Lindsey BurrisNovember 22, 2019

A: Considering noninvasive options, I would create a treatment plan that included using dermal fillers to your chin and jawline. Temporary HA dermal fillers are a great way to determine if you like what you see in the mirror, prior to undergoing permanent surgical procedures. Your chin from the profile view is underprojected and would benefit from adding projection to the point where the lips meet. Your jawline is rounded and would benefit from dermal fillers to sculpt and sharpen the line that starts from the chin, extending through the jawline to just in front of the earlobe. I would also aim to lower your high jawline angle. The fat below your chin can be reduced with a fat dissolving  injectable solution called Kybella, but there are several downsides to this procedure as well that should be discussed in consultation. CoolSculpting is also a noninvasive option to reduce fat below the chin and may be a more desirable option for you. The best way to proceed is to consult with several qualified medical individuals and discuss your desires, tolerance and budget.

Q: What are the costs, pros/cons, etc for CO2 laser labiaplasty?
Answered by Dr. SettyJuly 6, 2019

A: The use of a laser in this type of surgery is likely just a marketing ploy.  There is no added benefit to using a laser over a scalpel as far as healing time and pain after surgery.  Find a surgeon who can show you their before and after photos that match what you are looking for.

Q: What is the difference between SculpSure and BodyTite?
Answered by Dr. SettyApril 8, 2018

A: SculpSure is a FDA approved noninvasive procedure that uses a laser to penetrate the skin and heat the fat cells leading to destruction of fat cells.   Treatment time is 25 minutes per area treated.  Most patients are comfortable during the procedure but can feel some heat.  There is no downtime after the procedure.  Results are seen over several weeks as your body breaks down the injured fat cells. Most patients will require 2 treatments to each area spaced 6-8 weeks apart to see best results.

Bodytite is a minimally invasive procedure that can be done in an office setting or surgery suite setting.  Bodytite uses radiofrequency energy to heat the skin and deeper tissue leading to skin and tissue contraction.  It is often combined with liposuction to allow for more significant contouring.  The advantage that Bodytite liposuction has over traditional liposuction is that you can see much more skin tightening than typically seen with liposuction especially in areas such as the arms, inner thighs, and neck.

We have both devices in my practice and have found both to be very effective depending on the patient's desires.

Q: If I use SculpSure on my big breasts will it work, as in being smaller? Is it dangerous?
Answered by Dr. SettyMarch 19, 2018

A: I would not recommend using SculpSure to the breasts.  The results would be unpredictable and it is not meant to be used on the breasts.  Look into surgical options for a breast reduction with a board certified plastic surgeon.

Q: Am I a candidate for Sculpsure of the arms &/or thighs? Will it leave me with looser, saggy skin? (photos)
Answered by Dr. SettyJanuary 21, 2018

A: Thanks for your question and photos.  It does appear that you should be a good candidate for SculpSure treatment to the areas of concern.  Some skin tightening is possible with SculpSure.  Plan at least 2 treatments to each area for the most effective treatment.  An in person exam would allow for the best recommendations.
