It's been a month since I did my full abdominoplastya and breast lift with dr. Puyana. He is an amazing doctor. From the initial consultation to the return visits he was very detailed oriented, very meticulous, and super atentive to your needs. His team is great also, kudos to Mariana, she is always available and ready to help. Overall I would recommend him and his team with my eyes closed :)
Puyana's is the best, the change he made in my breasts was too amazing, my healing was perfect thanks to his delicacy in each suture, I recommend the doctor for your surgery. Everything is amazing, from the pre-operative to the recovery.
I love my results Dr. ghersi knows what he's doing. For some reason not too many doctors know what to do with an African nose. My results are natural ,and beautiful. I recommend him to anyone getting Rhinoplasty.
A: Unfavorable healing of those is a very real and common problem we encounter in nasal surgery. When the nose swells a significant amount and the swelling does not subside that swelling becomes fibrotic scar tissue. Kenalog injections do help with this tissue for about for the six months to twelve months. After a year, Kenalog injections do not really help a whole lot and they actually cause problems because it will thin out the skin. In my practice, after a year when a patient has a bump or contour anomaly that I cannot take care of with injections. It becomes time to consider a revision surgery to remove scar and reshape the nose.
A: You are an excellent candidate for a lift with implants. This procedure would entail removing a lot of the excess skin making the breast small and tight and then placing an implant. Most likely a gummy bear or a cohesive implant under the muscle so that the breast can look perky and full and round. You will always have the issue of having thin skin and depending on the quality of your breast tissue, you may actually be a good candidate for a dermo matrix. Any well breast specialist should be able to give you recommendations on this. Good luck.
A: At nine months post surgery, most swelling should be gone. What you are looking at now is not so much swelling but rather scar tissue due to unfavorable healing. My recommendation is that you seek the help of a rhinoplasty surgeon whether it be your old surgeon or you trust someone else to consider a revision. A revision a would certainly enable the surgeon to give you a much prettier, more attractive, and softer look. Good luck.
A: This is an important question. Often times in revision rhinoplasty, we try to restore the original framework of the nose. In order to do this, we use sturdy structures like cartilage to give support to the overlying soft tissue at the nasal lining. To answer your question, we can put bone but we prefer to typically use cartilage that can be gathered from your ears or even your rib.
A: When minimal liposuction is done with abdominal etching that is performed typically you can go back to exercising in two weeks after the gym. In cases that standard liposuction is performed I rather wait four weeks to start exercising. But ultimately, I would leave the discretion to your surgeon who knows exactly what they did and can give you the best advice. Good Luck!
