Hi! My name is Dr. Jeremy Bosworth and I am a Plastic Surgeon at North Texas Plastic Surgery. I am trained in plastic surgery and fellowship trained in the art of aesthetic surgery. This was an important part of my training that allowed me to hone my skills in this complex specialty in order to have the best training possible, because that is what you deserve from your surgeon! I am originally from Southern California but my studies/ training have taken me all over the United States, including California, Arizona, New York, Alabama, and Texas, as well as throughout the world for both training and mission trips. I specialize in breast, body and facial aesthetic surgery and I love what I do because of the positive impact I am able to make both in the physical form as well as the mental aspect with your confidence! Whether you already have a fit body and looking for additional enhancement, wanting to get back (or better than) your pre-baby body with a mommy make-over, have lost weight and are ready for the next step of your journey, are a male looking to improve any areas of concern, or just want that upgrade you've always dreamed about, I look forward to meeting you and discussing the best way for you to accomplish your goals!

I am seven days postop from my Lipo 360, extended tummy tuck with diastasis rectus repair, and extended arm lift with Lipo. I spent the night in the hospital per my PS requirement. And went home the next morning. Looking back on it I would do it all over again in a heartbeat. The worst pain is days 3-5. For me the worst part was getting into and out of bed and getting back into my full body...

A: Implants look different on each individual so its hard to say for sure. On one person a 300 might look smaller and on another it might look larger. Even someone with a similar frame it could look very different on because of all the factors that go into it. Implant placement, rib structure, overlying breast tissue density, muscle and skin tightness, etc... all can have affect on how things look. Also the implant profile the surgeon choses to use will be a big factor as this is important to optimize for your body/measurements, but also optimize to achieve your goals on projection.
A: Just based on pictures, if you are happy with your size then a lift at least on the side that droops more might get things more symmetric. I always tell patients that even the most perfect breasts in the world have some asymmetry to them, so you will always have some, but that would certainly help things get more symmetric. Depending on measurements and how things feel in person, maybe even a bilateral lift, hard to tell just from pictures.
If you only want a very small increase in size then you could consider fat transfer to the breast, but there are definitely limitations with this, the other option would be a small implant.
If you are not sure about adding volume then I will often do things staged... meaning do the lift/symmetry procedure first, let that settle and heal, and then you can decide if you want more volume with one of the two options.
Cost will vary by practice so its hard to give a good answer on that as each practice likely has different ways that they price things.
A: Depending on your goals it could go either way but you would most likely have a great result with just an implant.
With an implant only, the implant would settle into your current breast shape and the nipple will sit on the lower half of the breast. But the implant will restore volume and add upper pole fullness. The larger the implant the more it will fill out the skin envelope.
With a breast lift and implant we can adjust where the nipple sits on the breast mound as well as better correct for asymmetries, but it is definitely a trade off for scars. I always take measurements when discussing breast procedures and that can help guide the decision, as well as simulation imaging, and a discussion about goals/expectations.
A: The answer to your question would depend on your postoperative expectations. I will include a video in hopes that it helps to answer some of your questions. Best of luck to you!
A: Your question is commonly asked by patients considering both surgeries. In my practice, I tell patients that they may not lay on their stomach or back after these combined surgeries. Ideally, they would have to sleep on their left and right side. Please discuss with your surgeon their postoperative protocols and restrictions. Good luck!
