Sharon Miller, Clinic Coordinator at the Metropolitan has a passion for beauty, health and wellness, and it shows with her 15 years of experience in the field of elective surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures. She also has an extensive background in marketing and PR and will be utilizing this experience with the Metropolitan in those areas. Sharon will be interacting with all new and existing clients to ensure they have the utmost in customer care and are fully aware of all the services the Metropolitan has to offer, all under one roof. “I love being an active participant in discovering a beautiful new you”. Sharon has a B.A. in Communications -Advertising and a minor in Public Relations from Augsburg College/University of St. Thomas. She also has had advanced education and training: Anti-Aging Symposium at the Longevity Institute International in Newark, NJ; Practice Development and Anti-Aging at Cenegenics in Las Vegas, NV; Hormone Replacement and Optimization of Anti-Aging

Ryan has been with the Metropolitan since its inception. Ryan’s many talents helped to create the stylish, yet comfortable setting at the Metropolitan. From the wall color, to the furniture and accessories, Ryan had a hand in it all. Ryan’s background in the Anti-Aging, Beauty and Wellness industry began in 1998, working as the Assistant Director of the ANARA spa at the Hyatt Regency Hotel on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. From there, Ryan returned to Minnesota and continued his career in the industry as the Spa Manager of the flagship location of the Sanctuary Salonspa in Eden Prairie, MN. Ryan went on to become the Assistant GM at Spalon Montage in Edina, later moving to the Chanhassen location before moving on to the Ivy Spa at the Hotel Ivy in Downtown Minneapolis, as Operations Manager. Ryan’s passion is working with staff and clients to create an overall experience that is above and beyond expectation.

Ashley Archer is an AP Aesthetician and Laser Technician. Ashley’s passion is making people feel good about themselves. Her goal is to have patients look in the mirror and love who they are, inside and out. Ashley provides her patients with excellent results! She also provides extensive product knowledge so that her patients know what products she is using during the treatment, as well as what she is recommending for at-home care, in order for them to continue to achieve outstanding results. Ashley is excited to be training on Permanent Cosmetics under Suzanne St. James where she can utilize her attention to detail and love of makeup.

Tiffany Gagstetter is an AP Esthetician with over 10 years of experience in the skincare industry. Tiffany is also certified in microdermabrasion and provides outstanding waxing and tinting services. You will find Tiffany’s skincare treatments to be extremely results-driven, yet relaxing and rejuvenating at the same time! Tiffany provides all of her clients with excellent product knowledge so they are aware of what she is using during the treatment as well as what they are taking with them for at-home care. Tiffany is also certified in Laser Technology, and enjoys working with all skin types & achieving outstanding results! Tiffany has been doing makeup for 10+ years and is truly a master of the craft. Tiffany is exceptionally knowledgeable regarding mineral makeup and its skincare benefits!

Nathan is a licensed clinical Asthetician with over 4 years of experience in the health care industry. He is certified in skin care and Laser Technology and is advancing his knowledge as he progresses towards completion as a RN. He has experience working with lasers on all skin types and tones with fantastic results. Every skin care and laser treatment is custom-tailored to meet the specific needs of the client. Nathan’s dedication and caring personality allows the client to feel comfortable as he helps them look their very best.

Holly Kane is the Metropolitan's Advanced Practice Esthetician Team Lead, with over 13 years of experience in the skincare industry. Holly strives to help her clients, as well as her team (and their clients) get the results they seek through customized treatments. She approaches skin health as a whole by taking a close look at lifestyle along with the at-home regime. Holly has experience working with and treating various skin types and tones with incredible results. She feels that education is the key to the success of skin health. Her list of services includes: Anti-aging laser procedures (ie. Halo, Forever Young BBL, Contour, Venus Viva, etc.), HydraFacial MD, medical-grade chemical peels, microneedling (Skin Pen), laser hair removal, phlebotomy, dermablading, full-body waxing and brow and lash tinting. Holly feels the human body is fascinating and complex and loves having the privilege of guiding clients through the process of positive changes that occur.

Mary Page is a licensed Clinical Esthetician and Laser Technician with over 20 years of experience in the skin care industry. She has previously owned her own skin care business, as well as worked for a prominent plastic surgeon in the Twin Cities area. Mary has extensive experience in skin care including chemical peels, microneedling (Skin Pen), dermablading, microdermabrasion and makeup. Mary desires to make a positive influence on the importance of skin care, enriching each client's experience day-by-day, by providing customized treatments that are effective and yield outstanding results. Mary strongly believes in continuing education by taking advanced courses/seminars and learning about new products, technologies and treatments. It is important to Mary to build her client relationships and establish trust by paying close attention to her client's needs and helping them to achieve their ultimate skin care goals.

Jennifer is an LPN, Medical Assistant and Medical Esthetician with more than 25 years experience collectively in a doctors office setting, as well as skincare team leader in a medical spa setting. Jennifer is well versed in Botox and Fillers, as well as Sclerotherapy for spider veins. She has vast experience in a variety of skincare modalities including: anti-aging, acne and rosacea treatments. Jennifer loves the rewarding feeling achieved through the successful treatments she provides her clients. She feels each individual is unique, so therefore, every treatment she provides is customized to her patient's needs. She takes pride in listening to her clients concerns, developing that trust, and prescribing the perfect treatment plan that will address their concerns and achieve the results they are looking for.

Kati has been in the hair industry for over 10 years since graduating from the Aveda Institute. She has been trained throughout the country expanding her cutting, coloring and various styling skills. Kati excels in all areas, but is especially passionate about curly hair, formal styles and balayage. She is continuously learning as the trends develop and change. Whether looking for a fresh new look or just a touch-up, Kati sets out to give her clients a professional, relaxing and all around great experience!
