Rachel Maiman, MD is a board-certified general and cosmetic dermatologist. In addition to a longstanding passion for aesthetic dermatology, her clinical expertise also encompasses complex medical and pediatric dermatology. She excels at managing conditions with variable severity, a result of excellent training in immunodermatology and the use of advanced systemic therapies. Her cosmetic expertise is also comprehensive . In addition to excelling at the use of injectables, including neuromodulators and volumizers, she is proficient in laser surgery, microneedling, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), radiofrequency, and body contouring devices such as CoolSculpt. Her general dermatology interests include acne & acne scarring, melasma, rosacea, hair loss, and transgender dermatology.

Jennifer Schloth is an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant specializing in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. She graduated with honors from Boston College and earned her Physician Assistant degree from Yale University’s prestigious medical program. Upon graduation, she worked in general surgery and plastic surgery at Mount Sinai Hospital and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She then transitioned to a specialization in dermatology, treating patients in Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

Lena A. Ladenheim, R.N., B.S.N., is originally from Philadelphia and received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Public Relations & Advertising from Towson University. She then completed her accelerated second Bachelor’s degree of Science in Nursing at NYU’s Rory Meyer College of Nursing where she was on the Dean’s List and was the key student speaker at her commencement ceremony. She has co-authored numerous academic chapters on chemical peels, hydroxy acids and fillers, and was an investigator on an IRB-approved study on cosmeceuticals. Lena places a tremendous emphasis on patient-centered care utilizing evidence-based research, and is deeply passionate about the medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatological work we do every day here at Marmur Medical.
