A: hi, can you show pictures of what it looked like before surgery ? did you have incisions under the chin and around the ears? it looks like you need a full neck lift, as there is plenty of skin excess that needs to be removed. That means we make incisions under the chin, tighten the muscle and incisions around the ears to lift and tighen the skin.
A: The picture is limited in view however- a combination of check and UNDEREYE filler will be your best options. The cheek filler will volumize your midface and the UNDEREYE filler will sit nicely over the cheek filler to give you a refreshed appearance.
A: Great question and a common concern. I would suggest a combination of skin tightening procedures with Botox/ neurotoxin to the olatysma muscles for best results. The Botox will soften the banding and the skin tightening procedures will tighten the skin. We offer both ultherapy and microRF for skin tightening.
A: I agree , 3 weeks is plenty of time for microneedling after facial fat transfer. You want to wait enough time for the transferred fat to settle and do not want to manipulate it too much initially as it’s delicate and takes time to get incorporated into its new location. 3 weeks is a good amount of time to wait. We routinely perform microneedling with RF after facial fat transfer. So this is our protocol as well.
A: HI, and thank you for the pictures. Yes you are a surgical candidate for a facelift and some kind of volume enhancement, which I routinely perform with a facial fat transfer. Two things that occur as we age are facial volume loss and and loosening of the overlying skin and muscles. A facelift will address the looseness of the overlying skin and muscles and the the facial volume loss will be addressed by the facial fat transfer. As to your exact question, 'am i ready', we can only answer if you are a good candidate, and yes, you are a candidate, however, only you can decide when you are ready.
