Natasha Hardin has been a Master Aesthetician for nearly a decade, with an additional 10 years of experience as a regional makeup artist. After realizing her passion for skincare, she decided to attend the Euro Institute of Skincare for a more comprehensive education. With her infectious enthusiasm and cheerful personality, Natasha will listen to your skincare goals and develop a product regimen and treatment plan to help you achieve these goals. Her main priority is to help her clients feel beautiful in their own skin.

IngaLisa Wickstrom is a Master Aesthetician and has been in the beauty and fashion industry since 2012. She has extensive knowledge in advanced laser technology, chronic skin conditions, natural and medical-grade skincare. Nothing makes her happier than seeing her clients walk out of the treatment room with a boost of confidence and a smile on their face. She believes in uplifting and enhancing one’s natural beauty. When she is not at LB&W, she is spending time with her fiancé and adorable pup. She has a huge love for the outdoors; her heart belongs in the mountains.

Haley Trudeau is a licensed Master Aesthetician with more than 15 years of experience. Throughout her career, she has worked alongside physicians in specialties including Dermatology, OB/GYN, and Plastic Surgery. She has extensive training in laser, chemical peels, microneedling, body contouring, and medical-grade skincare. She is committed to providing her patients with the highest quality products and procedures and she’s dedicated to continuing education in her field as well as keeping up to date on the latest industry trends. Nothing makes her happier than knowing she has made a positive impact on her patient’s confidence. Haley is originally from Iowa and takes pride in her Midwestern roots though she also appreciates the beauty of the Pacific Northwest and enjoys her life here with her family. In her free time, she loves watching sports, spending time outdoors, and enjoying time with her family, especially her husband and baby girl.

Dr. Patrick Fox is a licensed Naturopathic Physician with the clinical aim to connect the dots to each person’s unique health constellation. As a Naturopathic Doctor, he believes that by treating root causes of disease and removing obstacles to cure, wellness is restored and it is evident both internally and externally. His approach integrates a variety of medical systems in diagnosis and treatment. Among his specialties are intravenous (IV) micronutrient therapy and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT). Dr. Fox has a fondness for cooking and eating as locally as possible. Cycling, yoga, and trail running are some of his favorite ways to stay active.

Beth Colombo lives, works, and plays in Madrona. She is a mother of two young boys and wife to Tom. She often runs low on sleep and short on time. When she begins to feel “tired” she remembers that the care and attention she gives to others isn’t nearly as important as the care and attention she pays to herself. She believes in the power of lifting one’s spirit and wellness with non-invasive cosmetic options as well as natural aesthetic products.
