Kimm - Patient Care Coordinator
You will meet Kimm during your initial cosmetic consultation with Dr. Kramer. Kimm has over 20 years of Plastic Surgery experience and works closely with Dr. Kramer during your examinations, as you prepare for surgery, and through your post- operative recovery. Kimm will be the one you speak with to help answer questions regarding your surgical procedures and post-operative care. Kimm is also a certified technician for laser hair removal and non-invasive fat removal with CoolSculpting®.
Patty has a bachelor's degree in nursing and has been working in the medical field since 1984 and in Plastic Surgery over 19 years. Patty has certifications with Fraxel, Allergan, and CoolSculpting, and will be your initial contact for your CoolSculpting consultation. In addition to assisting in patient care, Patty oversees the accounting and management of the practice.

All new patients calling or emailing our office for new cosmetic consultations will speak with Courtney directly. She is our new patient coordinator that will assist in scheduling your consultation, scheduling surgery, and will be available to assist with insurance and financial questions as well as financing for your surgery if needed.
