I live in Virginia and have been considering a breast lift with implants for a couple of years. It wasn‘t until I had a consultation with Dr. Drew in Florida (due to a vacation) that I felt confident and excited to commit to the procedure. The staff at Inspire Aesthetics are very friendly , professional and helpful. Dr. Drew gave me the reassurance I needed to commit to the procedure and s...
Absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end. No matter where I move, I will always come back to Dr Drew! I have always been small, and wanted more natural look. He knocked it out of the park and went above and beyond what I could’ve imagined! I am so in love with my BA!
I can't recommend Dr. Drew highly enough to anyone who is thinking about having facial work done. I lived almost all of my life somewhat disfigured due to a childhood surgery and also didn't like my masculine features. I did a lot of research on different surgeons, and finally decided to go with Dr. Schnitt. After 8 different procedures in as many hours and a couple months of recovery, I am...
I can’t rave enough about my experience with Inspire and how thrilled I am with my outcome!!! The staff was excellent, the facilities beautiful and impeccably clean. Most importantly Dr. Schnitt is phenomenal. I felt as though my 50s hit hard and left me feeling I looked nothing on the outside like I felt on the inside. As a man I was extremely nervous on pursuing any surgical procedures b...
I cannot express how happy I am with my results from Dr. Crane, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon! One thing thing that drew me to the office was how inclusive the before and after photos are on the website. They were able to represent all kinds of people from different backgrounds. When I first came into the office I was met by the front desk girls with such a great energy, they immediately...
A: A typical mommy make over address the breasts and abdomen, but the procedure is customized for each individual. If your main concerns are your breasts and labia, these procedures can absolutely be combined. Advantages are one recovery and anesthesia. Hope this helps.
A: It depends. There are different opinions on when you can engage in strenuous activity following a tummy tuck. The range is anywhere from 1 - 6 months. I typically allow my patients to return to all activity at 6 weeks, but some are still hesitant to do so. As long as you don't have any issues with healing, you should be able to do this.
A: It is difficult to accurately answer your question without a physical exam. With your height and weight, your BMI is around 38. At this BMI, your risk of complications such as blood clots, infection and wound healing issues are significantly elevated. I would suggest you attempt to lose as much weight as possible prior to proceeding with surgery.
A: It is always advisable to lose as much weight as possible before undergoing breast and abdominal surgery. An in person examination would allow your surgeon to determine how much visceral (internal) fat you have and what kind of result you can expect.
A: There will always be some skin laxity in the abdomen and flanks when bending over, otherwise we wouldn't be able to stand up completely straight. Over time, skin will weaken. The amount of time it takes to do so is different in every person. Pulling things too tight during surgery can lead to widening of the scar and wound healing issues as well. Skin should not be loose after a tummy tuck, but being able to pinch a small amount of fat or skin is reasonable in my opinion. Hope that helps.
